Privacy Policy

Foshan Gaoming Huiyang Network Technology Studio (the "Operator") provides PixVault (the "App") for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when users use the App.

1. Data Collection

The Operator does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data through the App.

2. Photo Processing

Photos and image files selected by users are processed locally on the user's device. The App can convert image formats, compress files, resize images, and remove metadata such as EXIF, GPS location, camera model, lens model, and timestamps by creating newly encoded output files without copying the source metadata.

The App does not upload selected photos or processed output files to servers operated by the Operator.

3. Local Data

Processing preferences and similar settings may be stored locally on the device using Apple system storage. Users control the source files they select and the locations where output files are saved.

4. Purchases

The App offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes payments and manages purchase records. The Operator does not receive users' full payment-card details. The App reads StoreKit entitlement status only to determine whether unlimited batch processing is unlocked.

5. Network, Analytics, and Tracking

The App is designed to work offline and does not include an account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. The App does not use data for targeted advertising or user profiling.

6. Apple Services

App distribution, purchases, purchase restoration, and operating-system features are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

7. Inquiries

If a user contacts the Operator, the Operator may receive the email address and information included in the inquiry. This information is used only to respond, investigate reported issues, and meet legal obligations, and is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary.

8. Changes

This Policy may be updated when laws, Apple requirements, or App features change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
