Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PaperKit ("the app"), provided by Foshan Gaoming Huiyang Network Technology Studio.

1. License

You may use the app under Apple's media services terms and these terms for personal or business PDF organization.

2. Features

The app provides local PDF merge, split, compact, optimize, OCR, and redaction tools.

3. Purchase and restore

The free version supports up to 2 PDFs and 25 pages. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks this limit. Apple manages price, tax, payment, refunds, and purchase history. You can restore purchases inside the app with the same Apple Account.

4. Review of exports

You are responsible for reviewing exported files before sharing, submitting, storing, or publishing them. OCR, compression, and redaction results may vary based on the source PDF quality, text orientation, and image condition.

5. Redaction limitation

Redaction is an assistive feature that detects common sensitive text candidates. It does not guarantee legal, medical, financial, administrative, or regulatory completeness.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, rights infringement, reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, interference, or misuse.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee your PDF files, exported results, business decisions, acceptance of submissions, or outcomes in third-party services.

8. Changes

We may change the app or these terms. Important changes will be reflected on this page.
