What to include

Please include your device, OS version, PaperKit version, operation, steps that led to the issue, and any message shown by the app. Do not send confidential PDFs. If possible, create a non-confidential sample that reproduces the issue.

Are PDFs uploaded?

No. PaperKit processes PDFs on your device and does not send PDFs to developer servers.

What is the difference between Compact and Optimize?

Compact rebuilds pages as images for stronger size reduction. Optimize keeps PDF pages and prioritizes preserving selectable text.

Is redaction guaranteed?

No. Redaction detects common sensitive text candidates as an assistive feature. Always review exported PDFs before important use.

Can I restore my purchase?

Yes. Use the restore button inside the app with the same Apple Account.
